Title：Scattering and Inverse Scattering Problems for Nonlinear Schrödinger Equations

Abstract：In this talk, we discuss recent results on scattering and inverse scattering problems for nonlinear Schrödinger equations (NLS). Specifically, I will present the gap between small and large scattering data in reconstructing the nonlinearity from the scattering behavior of NLS solutions, and then show one possible way to address this gap and study the inverse scattering theory for large scattering data. This is joint work with Professor Satoshi Masaki.
